Is Steven Pearlstein The First In The Mainstream Media To Actually Get It?

I do flick on CNBC from time to time. Not as news but to get ideas I can use to write about. Most of them contrarian to the lunacy we now call journalism. In other words, I generally CNBC for fodder as do most bloggers. To be fair, everyone once in a blue moon, I do see an anomaly - someone with a brain.

I would highly encourage you to watch this video (Disregard the Three Stooges also commenting in this video.) and possibly read this article from Stephen Pearlstein.
