Paulson Urges Congress To Act Quickly - Before Anyone Has Time To Think This Through And While Fear Is Still The Motivating Factor ...................

The key factors allowing me to ramrod this bill through Congress. And, be sure to sign this bill unchanged so I have unlimited power and all legal recourse against my actions would be protected by immunity. Sounds a little like the broad powers and immunity granted under the FISA bill, eh? Hurry. Sign it. And do so while trashing our Constitution.
