Many, including John McCain and others with differing political viewpoints have remarked that Ted Kennedy was the greatest public servant in Congress today. Kennedy often seems an anachronism in Congress. A person whose values did not shift with the times. Someone who passionately fought for those who did not have a voice. Or whose voice was not heard.
