Whatever Happened To Virtue? Doing Well By Doing Good?

In a leaderless society we see defined by the morally-bankrupt cretins on Wall Street and in Washington, we are reminded that the goodness of most people still exists. Now, if we could just push aside the megalomaniacs who have wrongly come to define our society and our values.

Really, isn't this the driving force of America's outrage with Washington and Wall Street? These crooks do not represent our values as human beings and we reject their legitimacy of authority. Being a leader has nothing to do with authority. Leaders don't compromise on virtue. If they do, they seek forgiveness and atonement. Megalomaniacs have no conscience and seek neither. There is no contrition within the power structure of Washington or Wall Street. And that in itself has opened people's eyes to reality. That is, we need new leadership. Grace Groner was a greater leader than any of the current CEOs on Wall Street. Deeds not rhetoric.
