Has The FBI Abused Its Privilege As The People's Federal Law Enforcement Agency?

Bureaucracies without proper oversight will always abuse their privilege. Every single time. Every single one. Civil disobedience based on reason is the greatest gift a citizen can give democracy. To label them as terrorists is purely Orwellian. The FBI was not found to be guilty of targeting investigations based free speech activities but that seems to be mighty dubious on the surface. Were they to have been found to target people based on free speech activities, there would likely be criminal charges within the FBI.
