Supreme Court Rules Corporations Are Not People In Terms Of Torture Liabilities, Only In Terms Of Torture Rights

The Supreme Court is clearly as nonsensical as is the legislative and executive branch in its interpretation of its rights & laws and its abuse of power.  ….  I’m very curious about how this health care debacle will play out.

“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their JUST powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

Do Washington politicians derive their moral legitimacy from the American people?  Or do they manipulate sham elections of generally horrendous candidates that are grossly distorted by corporate and elite money and influence?  Then once in office they do as they wish?   Let me see….  Let’s ask the countless tens of millions of people in this country who don’t have a pot to piss in while the corporate state has endless money to wage war, spy on Americans, build lavish palaces of power, torture, murder, pass corporate-inspired legislation that strips us of our dignity, our rights and our freedoms, edict nonsensical and oftentimes unjust judgments from the bench and on and on and on…… 

The Constitution is dead until the American people bring it back to life.  It was killed by political parties – for-profit corporations that use the force of the state to enrich themselves – and the endless supply of lackeys they put forward as political candidates.  The end result is the creation of a  dystopian Amerika very similar to, and oftentimes even more perverse than the Soviet state.
